INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August, 1 2026
We are committed to providing high-quality motorcycle exhaust products manufactured with careful attention to materials, workmanship, and performance.
To provide our customers with reliable after-sales support while maintaining a practical international warranty process, all eligible products are covered by the following 12-Month Limited International Warranty.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase.
1. WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date stated on the order or sales record.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person, vehicle, or owner unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
The warranty period does not restart or extend automatically when a replacement part or replacement product is provided.
2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and proper installation of the product.
Examples of potentially covered defects include:
- Manufacturing defects in welding or joints
- Defective brackets caused by manufacturing defects
- Defective mounting components supplied with the product
- Manufacturing defects in exhaust components
- Defective components that prevent the product from functioning as intended
- Other defects directly attributable to the manufacturing process
A defect will only be considered covered when, based on the available evidence, we determine that the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect rather than installation, accident, modification, misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear.
3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or deterioration caused by circumstances outside normal manufacturing defects.
The following conditions are specifically excluded:
A. Incorrect Installation
Damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Improper mounting
- Incorrect tightening of bolts or clamps
- Failure to use the supplied mounting hardware
- Installation on an incompatible motorcycle
- Installation contrary to the supplied instructions
- Installation performed by an unqualified person
is not covered.
B. Modification
The warranty becomes void for any component that has been modified, altered, cut, drilled, welded, reshaped, repainted, polished, refinished, or otherwise changed after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cutting or shortening exhaust pipes
- Re-welding components
- Drilling additional holes
- Modifying brackets
- Modifying the baffle or DB killer
- Removing internal components
- Changing the exhaust structure
- Installing non-approved internal components
C. Accident or Physical Damage
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Motorcycle accidents
- Falling or dropping the motorcycle
- Collision
- Impact with road surfaces or objects
- Crash damage
- Transportation after delivery
- Improper handling
- Excessive external force
D. Misuse or Abuse
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal or abusive use, including but not limited to:
- Racing or competition use unless specifically stated otherwise
- Excessive engine modifications that significantly alter exhaust operating conditions
- Improper use of the motorcycle
- Use outside the intended application
- Overheating caused by unrelated vehicle problems
- Continued use of a product after a serious defect has been identified
E. Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and deterioration resulting from ordinary use are not considered manufacturing defects.
Examples include:
- Surface discoloration due to exhaust heat
- Normal heat-related color changes
- Minor scratches from normal use
- Surface oxidation caused by environmental exposure
- Normal deterioration of consumable materials
- Normal changes in exhaust sound over time
- Normal discoloration of titanium or other heat-sensitive finishes
These conditions do not automatically indicate a product defect.
F. Corrosion and Improper Maintenance
Rust, corrosion, oxidation, or surface deterioration caused by:
- Salt exposure
- Sea air
- Humidity
- Water exposure
- Chemicals
- Road salt
- Failure to clean the product
- Improper cleaning products
- Failure to maintain the exhaust properly
is not covered unless the customer can demonstrate that the condition resulted directly from a manufacturing defect.
4. COMPATIBILITY AND VEHICLE APPLICATION
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their specific motorcycle.
Before purchasing, customers should verify:
- Motorcycle brand
- Model
- Model year
- Engine size
- Exhaust configuration
- Mounting points
- Required accessories
- Compatibility with existing aftermarket parts
We are not responsible for incompatibility resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or from modifications made to the motorcycle.
If compatibility is uncertain, customers should contact us before purchasing.
5. SHIPPING DAMAGE
Products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
However, damage may occasionally occur during international transportation.
Customers must inspect the package and product as soon as possible after delivery.
If the product appears damaged upon arrival, the customer should:
- Take clear photographs of the outer shipping box.
- Take photographs of all visible packaging damage.
- Take photographs of the product and damaged area.
- Record a video when practical.
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
- Keep the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
The original packaging may be required to investigate a transportation-related claim.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or prevent our ability to determine the cause of damage.
6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to us before any product or component is returned.
Do not return any product without receiving written authorization from us.
To submit a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Customer name
- Motorcycle make and model
- Product information
- Description of the problem
- Clear photographs
- Video demonstrating the problem, when applicable
- Photographs of the product packaging when shipping damage is suspected
- Proof of purchase when requested
We may request additional information if the submitted evidence is insufficient to determine the cause of the problem.
7. WARRANTY INVESTIGATION
After receiving a warranty claim, we will review the submitted information and determine whether the reported issue appears to be covered under this warranty.
The evaluation may consider:
- Product photographs
- Videos
- Installation condition
- Motorcycle compatibility
- Product usage
- Maintenance history
- Physical damage
- Modification
- Packaging condition
- Other relevant evidence
We reserve the right to request additional photographs, videos, measurements, or other reasonable evidence before approving a claim.
A claim is not considered approved merely because a customer has submitted a warranty request.
8. WARRANTY SOLUTION
If a claim is approved, we will determine the most appropriate remedy based on the nature and severity of the defect.
The available remedies may include:
Option 1 – Technical Support
If the issue can be resolved through proper installation or adjustment, we may provide technical instructions or troubleshooting assistance.
Option 2 – Replacement Part
If only a specific component is defective, we may provide a replacement component instead of replacing the entire exhaust system.
Examples may include:
- Brackets
- Springs
- Clamps
- Bolts
- DB killer
- End caps
- Mounting hardware
- Other replaceable components
Option 3 – Repair Solution
Where practical, we may provide instructions or an appropriate solution to repair the affected component.
Option 4 – Partial Refund or Compensation
For certain defects that do not prevent normal use of the product, we may offer a reasonable partial refund or other compensation.
Option 5 – Product Replacement
If we determine that the product has a significant manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired or resolved through replacement parts, we may provide a replacement product.
A full product replacement is not automatically required for every warranty claim.
We will select the remedy that is reasonable and proportionate to the confirmed defect.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Because motorcycle exhaust products are large and may require substantial international shipping costs, warranty claims will be handled using a “Replacement Part First” approach whenever reasonably possible.
If the problem can be resolved by sending a replacement part, we will generally use that solution instead of requiring the customer to return the complete exhaust system.
A complete product return may be required when:
- The defect cannot reasonably be repaired;
- Replacement parts cannot resolve the issue;
- The wrong product was shipped;
- The product is determined to have a major manufacturing defect;
- Physical inspection is reasonably necessary; or
- Another return is specifically authorized by us.
Customers must not ship products back without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for reimbursement.
10. SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITY
Shipping costs will depend on the cause and circumstances of the issue.
If the issue is caused by our error:
For example:
- Incorrect product shipped
- Incorrect product supplied
- Confirmed manufacturing defect requiring a return
we may provide an appropriate shipping solution or reimbursement as agreed in writing.
If the issue is caused by the customer:
For example:
- Incorrect motorcycle application
- Incorrect installation
- Customer modification
- Change of mind
- Customer preference
- Damage caused after delivery
the customer is responsible for applicable shipping and related costs.
Important:
We will not reimburse international return shipping costs unless the return has been approved by us in writing before shipment.
11. NO AUTOMATIC FULL REFUND
A warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.
Where a defect can reasonably be resolved through:
- Replacement parts
- Technical support
- Repair
- Adjustment
- Partial refund
we may provide one of these solutions instead of a full refund or complete product replacement.
A full refund may be considered only when the circumstances justify such a remedy and the applicable marketplace or consumer protection rules permit it.
12. LABOR AND INSTALLATION COSTS
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, this warranty does not cover:
- Installation labor
- Removal labor
- Reinstallation labor
- Mechanic fees
- Workshop fees
- Diagnostic fees
- Motorcycle transportation costs
- Loss of riding time
- Loss of business
- Other indirect expenses
Customers are responsible for installation and removal costs unless applicable law or a specific written agreement requires otherwise.
13. ACCESSORIES AND THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
This warranty applies only to products and components supplied by us.
Damage caused by third-party components is not covered.
Examples include:
- Aftermarket brackets
- Non-original clamps
- Third-party mounting hardware
- Modified motorcycle parts
- Third-party exhaust accessories
- Non-original DB killers or baffles
If third-party components contribute to a failure, the related damage may be excluded from warranty coverage.
14. EXHAUST SOUND AND PERFORMANCE
Exhaust sound, tone, loudness, and performance may vary depending on:
- Motorcycle model
- Engine condition
- ECU tuning
- Air intake system
- Catalytic converter configuration
- DB killer/baffle configuration
- Exhaust configuration
- Installation
- Fuel quality
- Environmental conditions
Differences in sound or performance alone do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The customer acknowledges that exhaust sound is partly subjective and may differ from expectations based on videos, recordings, or descriptions.
15. HEAT AND COLOR CHANGES
Exhaust systems operate under high temperatures.
Certain materials and finishes may naturally change color as a result of heat exposure.
This may include:
- Gold
- Blue
- Purple
- Bronze
- Darkened metal
- Other heat-related coloration
Such changes may be normal characteristics of the material and are not automatically considered defects.
16. WARRANTY VOID CONDITIONS
The warranty may be considered void for the affected product or component if:
- The product has been modified;
- The product has been improperly installed;
- The product has been used outside its intended application;
- The product has been involved in an accident;
- The product has been intentionally damaged;
- The product has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized party;
- The product identification or serial number has been removed or altered;
- False or misleading information has been provided during a warranty claim.
17. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the product identification, serial number, packaging label, or other identifying information.
Any alteration, removal, or intentional damage to product identification may affect warranty eligibility.
18. WARRANTY TRANSFER
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only.
The warranty does not automatically transfer if the motorcycle or exhaust system is sold to another person.
Any transfer of warranty must receive written approval from us.
19. WARRANTY CLAIM TIME LIMIT
Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Claims submitted after the expiration of the 12-month warranty period will normally not be covered.
Shipping damage should be reported promptly after delivery because delays may make it difficult to determine whether the damage occurred during transportation or after delivery.
20. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any product.
Customers must receive written instructions regarding:
- Return authorization
- Return address
- Shipping method
- Packaging requirements
- Documentation requirements
We are not responsible for products sent to an incorrect address or returned without authorization.
21. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for:
- Selecting the correct product;
- Confirming motorcycle compatibility;
- Following installation instructions;
- Using appropriate tools and mounting hardware;
- Maintaining the product properly;
- Inspecting the product after delivery;
- Providing accurate information during warranty claims;
- Providing sufficient evidence when requested.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, partial compensation, or refund of the affected product or component, as determined under these Terms & Conditions.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to:
- Loss of income
- Loss of business
- Loss of riding time
- Motorcycle downtime
- Installation or removal expenses
- Transportation expenses
- Other indirect costs
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
23. MARKETPLACE AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty is intended to provide additional after-sales support and does not remove or replace any mandatory rights or protections provided to consumers under applicable law.
If the product is purchased through a third-party marketplace, the marketplace's applicable policies may also apply.
Where a marketplace policy or mandatory consumer protection law provides a right that cannot legally be excluded, that right will remain unaffected.
24. WARRANTY DECISION
Warranty decisions will be based on the available evidence and the circumstances of each individual case.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair and practical solution.
Approval of one warranty claim does not establish an obligation to approve unrelated claims or future claims under different circumstances.
25. CONTACT BEFORE RETURNING
If you experience any problem with your product, please contact us before attempting to repair, modify, or return it.
Our priority is to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In many cases, a replacement component or technical solution can resolve the issue without the need for expensive international return shipping.
26. OUR WARRANTY COMMITMENT
We understand that purchasing a motorcycle exhaust internationally involves additional costs and considerations.
Our goal is to provide a warranty process that is:
Fair to the customer.
Practical for international shipping.
Transparent in its requirements.
Focused on solving the actual problem.
When a genuine manufacturing defect occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution.
Where possible, we will prioritize replacement parts and practical repair solutions to minimize unnecessary international shipping costs for both the customer and our company.
